I would give this a 0 star but wasnt available. Very disappointed in LGs customer service. My brand new gas range was delivered on December 12th. I had to get the gas line extended to my kitchen when it was finally set up only the range top and broiler worked. The oven doesnt heat. LG refuses to send me a new range I need to wait on a part that still hasnt arrived. Today is February 7th still no part mo oven. No christmas baking no Christmas eve Christmas day New years dinners etc. The range top is wonderful. The amount of phone calls to LG and Home Depot are numerous. I wouldnt suggest purchasing LG products because they wont do anything their answer department is answer is its on order no estimate date will call when it arrives I finally have a resolution manger at Himedepot helping me stay tuned.. btw forgot to mention deliveryman broke the igniter when bouncing it .up my stairs.

I bought this range and one reason for that was the meat thermometer this did not come with the product so I called LG and was promised it would come in the mail with a users manual. The manual arrived but no nest thermometer. Last time I will purchase LG anything

I bought this several weeks ago after two weeks of use the front left burner stopped lighting. Best Buy then LG were perfectly reasonable about sending repair folks out to our house - 3 times. They fixed the burner but apparently used a solvent to try to clean the burner and the drops got on the metal bar on the front of the oven and permanently discolored. A nice stove if it worked.

This by far is the finest gas stove appliance weve ever had. It is loaded with features and the Wi-Fi keeps alerted to everything going with our cooking experience. The knobs are large and the oven cleaning settings are great. This is a stove wed recommend to anyone. This is a real upgrade to our entire kitchen.

The first time we really got to use our new gas stove was over Thanksgiving at our vacation home. There were only 3 of us so my wife bought a large turkey breast for our meal. We air fried it and we all said that it was the most succulent moist turkey we have ever had. The next morning we tried the new grille feature and it made some great
pancakes . Its just so nice to have a gas range where the heat is so even and so easy to regulate. Love LG.

I have only used the oven a few times since it was put in during a kitchen renovation. Love the air fryer feature and quick wash. The downfall I have is that it was delivered dented on the side and a tech has been out here twice to replace the side panel but he said they keep sending the wrong part. So I keep waiting for a correct part to come in so he can install.

I love this range Its absolutely beautiful. The only drawback the grates on the top actually scratch the top surface. You need to be very careful when removing and replacing them after cleaning.

Its only been 3 weeks but I can say that my wife and I are very happy with our new LG Range. Weve tried the built-in air fryer and other regular features and all works as expected. My wifes only complaint is that the top gets dirty when using the top burners.

This stove is not only amazing the features are phenomenal. I bought this stove for several reasons but the air fryer is amazing. The fan works very well for baking and the WiFi capabilities are great. You can pre-set and bake when your not home and if you thought you forgot about a burner maybe left it on the app will tell you. I cant tell you how excited I am about this stove. High quality and a great fit.

Ive had my range for a couple of weeks and havent tried all its amazing features but love the ones I have tried. My only issue is that the number pad isnt backlit and its hard to see the numbers. Theyre not as sensitive as Id like either. You have to push pretty hard to get them to respond.

Ive had this range/oven for about 2 months and love it. Black stainless steel is so classy looking. The convection and air frying settings work great and it is really sturdy. I can boil water in less than a minute and the oven is so easy to clean. Very happy with my purchase.
