Over the phone tech solved my issue in 10 minutes

My freezer door did not seal properly unless i pushed it closed hard. I thought it was out of alignment. However over the phone..the tech figured out that it had iced up probably due to me not closing it tightly one time. So he had me defrost the ice on rail. It completely solved the issue in 10 minites

Love the craft ice feature

I honestly thought the craft ice would be a novelty and wouldnt use it much. But now I find myself rarely using the ice machine from the door. The outside small door accessing the door is super useful as well. Then having the ice maker built into the door creates so much room within the fridge itself.

Nice fridge other than craft icemaker quit working

Over all I really like the fridge. My craft ice maker quit working after 11 months. LG is replacing it. My only other con would be shelf adjustments could be better.Also with automatic water dispenser would dispense the cup of water without having to keep cup up against paddle.

I bought this refrigerator in February through Costco. It is a beautiful machine and so far so good. My one complaint is the door shelves are very narrow and very few. Otherwise it works great I swear my food is lasting longer in it and we love the craft ice. As I stated very happy so far.

Product Great - Service Not So Much

We love this refrigerator. Unfortunately the door ice maker failed after 10 months. Took a while to actually get service. Service rep inspected and ordered a new ice maker and an ENTIRE DOOR ASSEMBLY. After parts arrived he replaced the ice maker which is now working fine. BUT he left the door assembly said he couldnt take it. We are still trying to get rid of the door still in its original factory box unopened. Its been two months now.

Made in 2021 and its now 2023 and the App diagnostics says its working fine but it doesnt get cold at all. It worked for a while and then just broke. We bought this 8 months ago. The craft ice maker has never worked. And now the door ice maker and the freezer stopped working. And LG has not had anyone come out for three weeks on a product covered under warranty. I have no freezer and no ice and basically need a new freezer unit because this doesnt work and LG wont fix it. Top of the line - waiting on craft ice perform

I bought it several weeks back at Costco Beautiful design plenty of room to organize and wifi feature for monitoring is great for analysis. One thing I am still waiting for: the craft ice feature to produce ice as advertise. It still has not made complete sphere. Unfortunately if it doesnt produce craft ice within the Costco return period it will go back to Costco

Love my new fridge

I purchased a new fridge a few weeks ago and I love the new features. Its nice to have the drawer that can be freezer or cold goods. I like being able to access the door items on the right without having to go in the fridge. The craft ice is an added bonus in addition to the ice door. Over all satisfied with my purchase

Great Fridge 2 Shortcomings

This would be a 5 star fridge except for 2 problems. My favorite feature of modern fridges is the water and ice dispenser. My 15 year old fridge was great at this. First: The fridge dispenses warm water. Why??? According to LG Only 1-2 cups of water can be held in the reservoir depending on the model. When the cold water is dispensed warm tap cold water comes into the reservoir and is held until future dispensing. When the dispenser run out of reserved water it dispenses normal room temperature water from the tap. For new installations it can take up to 24 hours to cool the water. After dispensing more water than the tanks capacity the unit can take up to 6 hours to cool the water again. 1-2 cups??? 6 hours to cool the water??? We are not squirrels. There is never cold water. Since everyone else figured how to do it right more than 2 decades ago Im going to say this is a major design flaw. Tap water the fridge is connected to is colder than the fridge water. The Fridge is literally warming water up. Second: The ice tastes like leftovers in the fridge. The warm pizza flavored ice water makes me bristle at the price I payed for this fridge. P.S. Delivery people dented the door so they sent a new unit 2 weeks later. Both have the same problems.

Problems with Craft Ice maker

I intend to buy this refrigerator but after reading many reviews it appears the Craft Ice maker has more problem than normal. Are you working on improving the Ice maker or do you plan to extend the duration of the Ice maker warranty? I already own a LG refrigerator LFX31945ST bought in 2014 and I am very satisfied with and it will be used as a second refrigerator.

I am writing a review on our new purchase of or Lg LRM VS3006S. We are very satisfied with it quiet efficient and lots of room and features. Make lots of ice for my wife and I and Love the Craft Ice so cool. I just connect to WIFI and wow it works flawlessly from temp contron to how much craft ice to montering the Refridigator. We have had LG products now and love the dependability regardless of the bad reviews on the compressors issues. Top Drawer i highly recommend this product.

More Than Expected

Weve had this unit for two months and really enjoy the features. The door-in-door the excellent interior lighting and craft ice. However our favorite feature is probably the convertible center drawer. While it can serve many functions we find it incredibly handy place to store our lunch meats and cheese.

Fun Refrigerator But Might Be Problematic

There are many things to like about my new refrigerator. However I am not certain yet that The upper ice maker has frozen stuck ice cubes that will not drop down to dispense. Also the internal refrigerator filter cover broke when attempting the turn CCW to remove one of two fingers broke. I have informed customer service and after six weeks and two phone calls I have NOT yet received a replacement cover.

I absolutely love my new LG refrigerator. The converter drawer is perfect because I get to use it as a refrigerator or freezer. The bottom drawer still has 2 drawers inside for freezing food . The craft ice is really nice for adult drinks and my grandchildren love it. The main compartment is huge. I have more than enough room for everything including holiday leftovers. To be able tovtap on the window to see whats there is awesome. It has so much space. The wifi feature is also great. There is nothing i dont like about this refrigerator I would most certainly recommend this refrigerator to anyone who wants a stylish very easy to clean super functional refrigerator.

Hugh size with phone access

I bought this fridge for home use it is huge and it will not fit your standard kitchen-size cabinets its depth is too big so I had to adjust the depth by going into the wall. But the fridge itself works fine. I like the ice balls even my wife thinks it is not necessary also the icemaker works fine with small pieces. Everything is fine except the first lower sliding door is a little noisy and does not have a smooth movement. Sometimes the water dispenser stops working due to programming but overall the fridge is great. I like that you can customize some options over your smartphone like the temperature and some ice features. I like the fridge and recommend it.

We got our LG instaview for a year now and we love it Just issue with the craft ice maker. It stopped making ice after 6 months and the other ice maker couldnt keep up with ice production we need. I registered the product connected to home wifi. Customer service contacted me when they saw the diagnostics of the fridge is not at par and scheduled a technician to service it. Technician came serviced it the following day and now our craft ice maker is working again. Great customer service

Great looking fridge

We love this fridge so much it is the 2nd one we purchased. Our first was in a home we recently sold. The fridge was always a positive feature of the kitchen. When we moved we bought another one for our new home. We love it. We love storing everyday drinks etc in the preview door area. The fridge is large enough to store a lot of stuff. Very large refrigerator

We bought this refrigerator when we renovated our kitchen. Its the largest refrigerator we have ever had. Plenty of room for anything. The top drawer is convertible-can be a freezer or refrigerator. We use ours as refrigerator because we have a chest freezer and dont need extra freezer space. There is a handy feature measured water dispensed if needed. Also regular small ice cubes through the door and craft ice in the freezer. The craft ice ice balls is great for cocktails and always impresses guests. This is a great unit for any size family that needs plenty of refrigerator/freezer space.

French door with craft ice maker refrigerator.

I bought this refrigerator about 1 and half years ago and so excited with its look. Everything worked very well until the craft ice maker broken down four months later. Called LG tech and got it replaced on last December 2021. The new craft ice maker working very well until a year later 12/2022 it broke down again. Called LG again for service and been waiting for tech to come sometime next week. Its still under warranty so no charge on these two replacements. Good service LG But calling for service is a thing to consider because it takes to much time and a phone call sounds awful as it is from overseas. LG needs to redesign this craft ice maker somehow I guess. And I cross my fingers for the second replacement. Other than that everything else has been working as it means to be so far. Hope this helps someone wants the refrigerator with craft ice maker rethinks.

Beautiful Refrigerator

This refrigerator is beautiful and spacious. Its quite and I especially love the middle drawer which can be either refrigerated or freezer space. We are huge meat cheese people and this works great for that and also yogurt cups and drink boxes for the grandchildren. However the ice maker stopped working completely after 10 weeks. The LG service technician came quickly and ordered a new one which came the next week and he came quickly and installed it in minutes. The LG service technician was awesome.
