We purchased this unit a few weeks ago as part of a LG package from Lowes and are very satisfied with it. Looks great above our LG stove and functional easy to program and is a great addition to our kitchen. My only peeve is that its difficult to see the keyboard buttons when its dusk or dark until you learn the position of them in time. Wish the numbers/words were lighter against the black background so they were a bit clearer to see.

Very happy with the features the only complaint I had was the installer had to remove some of our custom trim pieces from oil cabinets to fit the microwave in and then we were left to try to reattach the trim pieces. I would think that with paying extra for installation it should have included finishing the job as we werent experienced to do this

I built a new house and bought the LG kitchen bundle. I went with LG because of the many reviews I read on all of the different brand names. LG had excellent reviews and was highly recommended by family friends and the salesperson at the appliance store. I have been in my house for almost a year now and the microwave has been more than I expected. Im still learning all of the various options it has. Be sure to keep your manual handy because this microwave does sooooo many different things. Thanks LG

This microwave with over the range exhaust came with our new home. We were informed that an external exhaust was unnecessary due to the microwaves filter. Not true. I cant cook food that generates even a modest amount of smoke on the burners and forget about using the air fry option.

I bought the LG Microwave a week ago. Our 13 year old microwave went out on us it came with the house when we bought it. I was so excited to get to purchase a new one. Ive had LG products before and had been very satisfied with the products. Im saving up to purchase the stove/oven that match the microwave. The features on this microwave are wonderful I love the melt and soften settings.

Have been using this for a couple of weeks and love it. Fast even cooking. Bought a microwave popcorn popper and every kernel pops into a light fluffy popcorn. The reheating is quick and things are piping hot.

I bought this microwave to replace an older LG microwave. Pricing was the deciding factor but ultimately this microwave fits my needs. It doesnt have the same level of functionality as my last microwave the previous one had a sensor but many of those features were rarely/never used. It does have a premium look and feel and I do like that the clock numbers are bigger and brighter than my previous model. The only downside is there isnt a timer functionality built in i.e. setting a timer for something cooking on the stove but that wasnt a big issue for me.

I bought this microwave a couple weeks ago and have been very pleased with it to this point. One specific point is the beep isnt so loud that it will wake everyone in the house up. May not sound like a big deal but it is very much appreciated in our house.

The microwave caught on fire within 24 hrs of installation.
LG tech came out to repair a brand new appliance that obviously has some electrical issues. LG will not refund. They only offer a repair Absolutely the worst decision to go with LG product. Did not live up to the name

Not one store in Northern Indiana had this unit on display for us to visually see. It was sort of included in our package from Best Buy. Issue is the whole face of controls is black with no lit up push buttons thus meaning you have to turn on kitchen lights to see what buttons to push. Very disappointing. The energy button turns the visual clock light off. OH BOY

We bought this microwave in 2020 and it already stopped working. We tried several calls to customer support to get the issue fixed and found out the magnetron is still under warranty. However LG insisted we still needed to pay for someone to confirm this and that their team had to be the ones to replace resulting in a repair that costs more than the actual product. We are instead spending the money to buy a brand new microwave from a different brand. After dealing with their customer service and seeing how they handle replacements we will be doing the same for all other future appliances.

We had a LG over the stove microwave that finally quit. It was an early model that was already installed in our used home purchase. The LMV1764ST was an equivalent direct replacement. Installation was a breeze especially with online videos available and removal of the prior microwave. Typically we dont use the majority of those special bells and whistles on past or current microwaves. Clock feature set time hit start ... soon you know the times that work for common food prep. LG does the job and we hope this unit will run for decades to come. Like most appliances quality simple and basic main purpose feature is typically the winner of our shopping dollars.

I have had the microwave for two years and recently the handle completely broke off. Warranty is only one year and LG will not cover poorly assembled microwave.

I got my over the range microwave in August and it been great until it stopped working. Get LG to service it has been a challenge. I was told they would come on a certain day and a time they didnt even show up and then they tell me I have to wait another week. Which put us at 3 weeks without a microwave. So hopefully the service actually show up on Jan 3rd.

Our old LG 2.0 CU. FT. sadly died. With Christmas approaching we had to find a new one. We purchased a new LG 1.7 CU. FT. OVER-THE-RANGE MICROWAVE OVEN. The price was great which made me a little nervous. Once it was installed we were thrilled. Had most of the features our old LG had but half the price. Work great and has a lot of power. The only thing we noticed not a big deal is that the venting comes on when the microwave is operating. Very pleased and will keep buying LG products.

I bought this microwave almost a year ago. Works great love the features. Only thing missing is it doesnt have a timer. After about 8 months the lights in the display panel began to flicker. It was covered under the manufacturers warranty and LG came out and replaced the control panel for free.
